Aloha and welcome to the Kohala Healing House website!
After a year of transitioning to and living in Hawaii, we are excited to let everyone know that we have our own property and space to start building out our dream and our mission of helping others.
We have started the process of building out an ‘Ohana space for guests, constructing a small temple for meditation and movement, planting veggie gardens and fruit trees, and connecting to our new community and home.
We appreciate everyones love and support as we slowly get things up and running. We also appreciate your patience as we go through this process while also raising our family and taking care of our own health needs. We are working on making the best versions of ourselves in order to properly fulfill our kuleana to those who will be served by our mission.
We plan on increasing our activity here by adding some content related to Hawaiian culture and history, blog posts, and various information on healing modalities which have helped us along the way. As things progress and the time is right, we will add information regarding our vison for hosting people and what that entials.
We know we have been quite on our webpage as we adjusted to life in our new home and apologize for any messages or emails that were missed or not responded to during our transition period.
With love and Aloha, Mahalo nui loa!

Our mission is to help those affected by cancer to deal with the long-lasting effects of cancer treatments, beyond the physical.
We believe that so many people try to continue the life they had before cancer but find that they are locked in a deep survival state of mind. They find that they are different people and struggle to find their new direction, purpose, and meaning in life. We want to provide a safe place of healing while offering support and tools to aid in their journey.
We know through our own cancer journey that the whole family is affected by a diagnosis.
Support for all members of the family is a priority in order to allow healing to be successful. Caregivers are often overlooked within one’s support networks and we hope to close that gap and celebrate them on their own healing journey
